Two questions: 

Can you confirm time yet for the security discussion at the GA on the 14th
or is that still being developed?

can you also confirm for us that there is a separate GA meeting for non
security issues and when that is from a time perspective?

special working group session devoted to security on the afternoon of Nov. 
14.  We thank the Budget Committee for its consideration of our request.
