Re: [council] Congratulations and Invitation

Dear Vany,

surely these days we should allow many of the NCDNHC members, particularly
those in the US and those caught in travel delays, time and a chance for
more strtegic thinking.

So let me answer to your call to intensified interaction with the
following question: what level of interaction is the "right" one,
considering the need for feedback between Directors, Names Council, and
the varied constituencies, the fiduciary obligations of each to ICANN, and
the desirability that constituencies and Names Council operate with the
freedom necessary to develop their own positions without undue
interferences?

I, for one, think that we must intensify the interactions all along and
across the ICANN structure, and the bounds for this would be provided by
the answers to the question above.

Yours,

Alejandro Pisanty
