The webcast of today's teleconference of the Names Council is available at:

Due to technical difficulties, the first fifteen minutes were not recorded.
During that time, the NC conducted a roll call, approved the agenda (agenda
item 1), approved the minutes from the last meeting (agenda item 2), and
re-elected Philip Sheppard for another term as NC Chair. The webcast begins
near the start of the discussion of item 3 of the agenda, the timing of the
upcoming ICANN Board election for the DNSO seat.

As always, many thanks to the Names Council for continuing to make its
meetings open to the public in spite of budget constraints and for its
willingness to explore alternative, less expensive options for webcasting.
