Ok, how about starting vote sept 9. the idea is to provide some
face-to-face time with the candidates prior to the vote.

Peter,
you propose elections after Montevideo. But there is a problem.

Montevideo ends Sep 10/11 and we must get a decision to the Board Sep
16. So the vote would take place during travel time home (or holiday
time for those staying on for a few days holiday).
