The first time Hotta-san e-mail address problem was found
on 26 April:
Submission time: 2001-04-26 12:15 +0900
Unknown Recipient: <h.hotta@hco.ntt.co.jp>
Since then each message posted to Hotta-san returns the
similar Delivery-Report.
The three weeks period ends on 17 May, in 10 days.

| from the first date you received a user unknown response. And notify the
| Council of this date.

| That way the Constituency will have a clear date when it can appoint an
| interim proxy if it has not heard from Hotta by then.
