[council] Hotta-san e-mail address problem

Dear NC Members,

Since several days (probably weeks) the e-mail address of
Hotta-san is not working.
The permanent answer is: "User unknown", see below.
But the e-mail syslogs indicate "Message accepted for delivery".

Do you know what happen to Hotta-san ?
Are we facing the Names Council member incommunicado situation ?
