requires aq Jananese language and the necessary download freeses my system.
Any suggestions?

IEEE is elegible under our charter since its primary activities are
Non-Commercial, so if they wish to apply they will be more than welcome.
I don't know the American Bar Association so I cannot say anything about it.
A Commerce Chamber is uneligble since they have commercial interests.
Organizations as ISOC, IEEE and ACM are elegible for NCDNHC membership, in
fact, actually ISOC and ACM are current members of the NCDNHC.
