[council] Version 3 of NC draft position on Verisign
Following feedback on version 2 I have drafted a version 3 of
the proposed NC position on the Verisign agreement. (V3 also includes the
Registrars Constituency position.) V3 will be the basis for discussion
today.
V3 is attached.
