To the Names Council:
Over the past week, ICANN management has received many questions
regarding the proposed revisions to the VeriSign agreements. To respond
to these requests for information in an easy-to-access way, we have
posted an information page at
<http://www.icann.org/melbourne/info-verisign-revisions.htm>. This page
gives basic factual information about the proposal and also has a FAQ
section that analyzes various practical and legal aspects of the
proposal. We will be posting additional FAQs on this page as they are
prepared.
