  Dear Mr. Touton:

  This is to formally advise you that at its meeting on 24 January 2001
  the DNSO Names Council appointed the following two individuals to the
  Independent Review Panel Nominating Committee:

     Scott Hemphill
     Olivier Iteanu

  The Names Council did not designate which individual is to serve the
  2-year term and which is to serve the 3-year term.  The Names Council
  will take up that point at its next meeting and will advise of the
  allocation of the terms in a future communication.
