I agree with Paul, on the general "WHOIS" comments.

I do Not agree with the sentence below.

The NC itself should set the timetable, not the ICANN Staff.

IMHO, we should wait until the Advisory Group has concluded, (possibly ask
ICANN
staff to set a time table to ensure it concluded in a reasonable time
frame).
