i also have a candidate for the nominating committee. his name is Scott
Hemphill. he is an attorney with extensive DNS experience and has dealt with
ICANN issues.

He is general counsel for an ICANN accredited registrar and quite
knowledgable about ICANN structure. He is a member of the DC, Virginia &
Pennsylvania Bar as well
