There are several questions or points I want to
clarify or
specify before NC debate.

Motion 1.
The NC agrees to the concept of establishing a
Business Plan and to
establish a Busines Plan Task Force(BPTF) to manage the development of a plan for the period 2001 -2002 and prepare a draft for approval by the NC at it meeting in March 2000. ------------------------------------------------ There have been 4 NC committees since Yokohama
meeting.
DNSO Review Committee
Budget Committee
Intake Committee
Outreach Committee
Pre-registration committee (?)
WHOIS committee (?)
However, the composition of committee has been formed in an arbitrary
manner together with committee chair election? selection? volunteer?
process.
I think it would be much better to settle committee set up process
which was suggested here below

The NC agrees to mission statement set out
above.

Can you clarify whether
mission statement is going to include both
mission statement itself and objectives of
NC? Or just mission
statement?
1. NC Review until Jan. 2001 4. ICANN competetion model until 2001 Review and evaluate the ICANN competetion model and develop recommendations for its enhancement for consideration by the ICANN Board Can you more specify what you mean by ICANN
competetion model?
