1. Patricio Poblete is PROXY to Dennis Jennings
2. YJ Park is PROXY to Zacharia Amar

3. Paul Kane is PROXY to Ken Stubbs (today on plane)

More difficult.
4. If ICANN Legal Adviser gives us an approval,
   Michael Palage (Registrars Secretary) is PROXY for Erica Roberts
   The issue is that if only NC members may ensure replacement,
   Michael cannot vote.


In any PROXY situation, if a ballot is received from
a NC member AND his proxy, the NC ballot is taken.
