I would like to thank WG-E Co-Chairs Kilnam Chon and YJ Park, and all of 
WG-E, for a job well done.  I think the WG-E report is thoughtful and 
comprehensive, and provides a roadmap for helping us reach out and bring 
people in to various parts of the ICANN process.
