this teleconference  date was agreed on at our last conference and has been mentioned on numerous occasions in posts made over the last week. elizabeth sent out a reminder on the 11th and even included references to the comments from the wg-b report. we also discussed the time format and indicated that we were going to rotate the times to give recognition to pacific rim time zones. last meeting was in deference to the pacific rim. this meeting is in deference to europe. if this rotation is not p[ractical for all then i am open to suggestions

 

the principal agenda item was also agreed on at the last meeting and that was the review of the wg-b report. elikzabeth has also requested an agenda item on the names council budget

Granted this next teleconference for tomorrow Wed 17 May was on the summary of the last one but did I miss an earlier posting? No confirmation? No reminder? No agenda?

 

 

 As WG B liaison I want to be on this call but tomorrow is tricky.

Could we have a quick indication on who can make it and who cannot?

If necessary should we delay until next week say Tue 23, Wed 24 or Thurs 25 May?
