We need to send quick response to the local host of ICANN Yokohama.

Specific Questions:

(a) whether Webcast facility is used in NC meeting and GA meeting
(b) room request of each Constituency/Working Group

Questions are expected to be answered in 2 days. Local host is now
struggling to schedule the rooms considering the Webcast facility 
installation schedule and the pressure from the convention center 
on releasing the booked rooms that won't be used.

The local host gave me an answer to the following request.

Request : Please negotiate with the hotels about DNSO's usage of 
  meeting rooms with no additional cost to reward ICANN's 
  reservation of many guest rooms.

Answer : The hotels said "No. To reward the reservation of many 
  guest rooms, guest room rate is discounted. That's the only 
  service hotels can provide this time."
