Assuming a teleconference will coincide with an afternoon in Europe as usual
my availability is:

Kathryn Kleiman and I are confirmed as the joint NC liaison for WG B.

I liked the suggestion of Raul for WG chair reports before Cairo - I
suggested simple 200 word status reports. Or we could get this from the NC
chairs. Maybe a discussion point.
