Re: [council] LA Schedule

good evening....

i would prefer to see the names council meeting on tuesday afternoon rather
than the evening. the last meeting went 3+ hours and i feel that we cannot
be as effective as we need be starting in the evening. i would suggest that
we start at approx 1:30 -2:00 pm and plan on going thru 6 pm on tuesday.

also if a proposed names council evening meeting is being webcast this
would mean that europe, africa & western asia would get it at midnight and
very early in the morning and the majority of the US after 8 pm. i believe
that if you check the logs you will find that this would disadvantage a
substantial percentage of the webcast audience.
