Dear Nii,

I had already commented on these issues five days ago, when you published
it. Please see below. From your reply and the fact that there was no
further discussion on the issue, I assumed that the changes had been made.

I did miss the part about deciding on the chair the last time you published
the agenda.  It just happens to be against the letter and spirit of the
bylaws, and therefore must be changed. I see no reason why the ccTLDs
should push for it.

Taking out what I had mentioned would have made the meeting finish at
18:00, as decided by this NC some time ago.
